Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please inspect your parcel thoroughly and notify us immediately of any damages.
Gift cards are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (minus courier fees) will automatically be applied to your account in the form of store credit, or a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days from approval of your refund.
Courier fees for unwanted products are for the client’s own account and will be deducted from the total cost of product refund amount.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds are issued within 7 days of approval. If you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item was damaged in transit in which case shipping costs will be exempt). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you decide to make use of your own preferred courier partner, please ensure that provide us with the name of the courier company, as well as a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the returned items.
